• Delete babel-template (done), then rename url of this one to babel-template (to be done by pieterh, since gerdami is not the owner anymore :)
• Change MA to PieterH (done)
• Added "My theme" structure from other templates (done) - see here.
• Apply rainbow to top menu in relation with language color themes
• This concerns all rainbow themes: height of level2 top menus too big but not enough wide for menu items to fit on one line
  • Add "width:15em;" to #top-bar li ul li a {…} (done in rainbow themes as standard)
• Translate buttons "Add a child page" or "Add a new page"
• Save flag pics locally, not to depend on the handbook
